Classes are booked on a block by block basis. Please tell us a little about yourself and what you are looking for and we’ll try to find a Pilates solution for you.
Beginners classes start regularly. The classes are progressive and will prepare you to attend an established class. If you don’t find a beginners class that suits you, please contact us to find out when a new class is starting near you, alternatively, small group or 1:1 sessions can be arranged on mutually convenient dates and times.
Already practiced Pilates?
1:1, 2:1 & Small group classes
These classes are arranged as and when required, whether you have a specific physical challenge or want to explore your own posture. Please get in touch for further information.
Book and Pay
Pilates blocks are booked and paid for in advance. Once you know which class you want to attend, please email Leone to check availability. You can then pay by BACS or PayPal. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for Availability and BACS details.
What do I bring with me to a LST Pilates Class?
Just yourself. Mats, Cushions and Equipment is provided
What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can freely move your spine and joints, avoiding any zips or buttons in the waistband or along the length of the spine. We wear socks.
What happens if I miss a class?
You can catch up with an extra class during that same block.
Can I do extra classes?
Yes, if you have signed up for a block you can attend extra classes for a cost of £4 per class. You just need to check availability and book.
