- Beginners – For those who have never practised Pilates or who want to refresh the fundamentals before going into an established class.
- Improvers – Post beginners – building understanding of the fundamentals
- Mixed – Mixed ability – some focus on specific physical challenges
- Improvers/Intermediate – Improvers with some more challenging exercises
- Intermediate – As it sounds – those with a good grounding and ready to try more challenging exercises
- Intermediate plus – A class aimed at intermediate level with more challenging exercises
- HIP Pilates®️ High Intensity Power Pilates -Using the integrity and precision of Joseph Pilates original fundamentals, this course combines core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element. HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout
- On the Chair and Standing – For those with specific challenges such as Balance, Bone Health, Arthritis……
